Our Business

We at Beacon Falls Counseling LLC understand that you cannot take time off from work, that you need appoints that are after school in the afternoons after work in the evening or on the weekends. We can accommodate your needs; we have appointments as late as 7:30 pm and on the weekends. 

Foul Weather Policy

Beacon Falls Counseling LLC rarely if ever is closed due to foul weather, but we realize that there will be times when the weather will make your commute to our office dangerous. If you are unsure if we will be in the office on foul weather days you can check with WFSB’s (channel 3) website or TV postings. We respect that weather issues may prevent you from making your appointment, if you feel it is too dangerous to make your appointment, we simply ask you to text or call (203) 528-5018 to let us know. We ask that you do this as soon as possible. Sessions cancelled due to legitimate weather concerns will not be held to the 24 hr cancellation notice policy and you will not be billed for the no show.
